Glispy terms of use

These terms cover glispy.app and the Glispy mobile app. By creating an account or using Glispy, you agree to these terms. Glispy is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Questions: info@glispy.app.

Your companion and your account

Glispy offers AI conversation, personal journaling and tracking, food information, and optional Community participation. Provide an email address you control, keep your password secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for checking information before saving or relying on it.

Health and AI limitations

Glispy is an AI service, not a person, clinician, medical device or emergency service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication doses or provide treatment. AI replies and extracted information can be inaccurate. Food Scores provide general nutritional information and cannot predict your individual response or establish that a food is safe for you. Follow your clinician’s advice and contact local emergency services for urgent help.

You choose whether to use AI chat and whether saved personal context is included. The privacy policy explains OpenAI processing and your controls.

Plans, trials and billing

Free and paid features are described in the app. The checkout screen identifies the price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms that apply to your purchase. A trial becomes a paid subscription at its end unless canceled in time. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans do not include a trial unless checkout explicitly offers one.

Manage web purchases using Glispy’s billing controls and Apple purchases through your Apple account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases. Contact Glispy support for web billing questions. Any rights required by consumer law remain available.

Pro conversation includes a monthly credit allowance shown in your account. Usage limits and any additional purchase price are shown before purchase. Glispy does not promise unlimited AI conversation.

Community and your content

You retain ownership of what you write. You give Glispy permission to store and process it to provide the features you choose, including displaying Community posts to members and conducting safety moderation. Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass people, share others’ private information, offer dosing instructions, or sell or source medications.

We may limit access or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety or abuse concern. Reports and blocked-user controls are available in Community. Contact support if you believe a moderation decision is mistaken.

Availability and account deletion

Features may change and the service may be interrupted. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, third-party food data or notifications will always be accurate or available. You can delete your account in account settings. Deletion is permanent and does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Responsibilities

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, attack accounts, or infringe others’ rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glispy is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apple purchases

Apple’s payment terms apply to purchases through the App Store. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app where applicable.
